We apologise to all users that will be disrupted by our closures, which we have planned for the early hours of the morning to minimise the impact on the wider road network. The closures are required to allow our contractors to install safety cradles on some of our piers as part of our column corrosion protection work (cathodic protection). The bridge will remain open to emergency access vehicles (blue lights).
