Fife Path Improvements Update 07/10/26:
Phase 1 (resurfacing of the west steps) and Phase 3 (resurfacing of path from Fife car park to underpass) are complete and both paths are open for use. Please note that Phase 2 (underpass resurfacing) will commence on 13 October for up to three days. We are sorry but this will require a full walkway closure on health and safety grounds. We apologise for this disruption and confirm that a free shuttle bus will be provided to all walkway users during the hours of 7am to 7pm on 13, 14 and 15 October. This Moffat & Williamson bus will run between our Fife car park and outside our Administration office on South Victoria Dock Road (opposite Apex Hotel car park) on a continuous loop. Please note that at peak times this might result in delays to your journey. Outwith these times the walkway will be reopened for use but we request that you take extra care as the surface might be slightly uneven.
